1. Wholesale Business Policy

As we operate as a wholesale supplier, products are sold in bulk quantities at wholesale pricing. Customers are requested to verify product details, sizes, colors, and quantities before confirming orders.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Quantity mismatch
• Manufacturing defect

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Color variation due to screen display
• Minor thread or finishing issues
• Products damaged after delivery
• Sale or clearance items
• Customized or specially arranged products

4. Refund Process

After verification and approval of the return request:

• Refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or adjustment in the next order.
• Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Return Shipping

• If the mistake is from our side, return shipping charges may be reimbursed.
• In other cases, customers are responsible for return courier charges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders once processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
